Many people do not realise the importance of making a will. If you own any property or assets (including cash) in this country it is imperative that you make a will so as that your wishes can be acted upon by your personal representatives and the people whom you would like to benefit from your estate can indeed benefit. This is especially important where you have a spouse and/or children and wish to ensure that they are the beneficiaries of your estate.
PROBATE & WILLS
You should ensure that your will is kept up to date to incorporate any changes in your life whether it be the arrival of a new child or simply that you have married or remarried. The simple act of marriage nullifies any prior will and therefore a new will should be created.
